Trading away draft picks lowers future cap space

@emoyer24 Edit: I tried this by trading random players one year deals with only salary, no bonus. This should have absolutely 0 impact on the cap space I have next season. Doing this still lowered the cap so its not tied to draft picks. It seems that any trade I do this season will lower my future cap space by 29 million dollars. I guess the workaround is to not do any trades until the offseason and see if it fixes itself and if not just edit some contracts down to get that money back.
