Training manipulation

In training camp the game shouldn't make it more difficult to upgrade a player because IT feels I'm training the wrong player.

If I want to skill point upgrade a 70 ovr bridge center I shouldn't be punished with an hour of some repetitive drill.

I have my reasons for wanting to upgrade that bridge center. The game should get out of the way and stop trying to dictate what I do with the players.
