Twitch link hacked

Went to collect my twitch drops, only to find out that the account that was link was not my account and looks like it has been hacked. I unlinked the random account. Now I can't link my personal account. EA help doesn't help on this issue. What is the solution?

    If you have already made a support case we can try updating the case on our help site to seek additional information, or may need to wait to be contacted by an advisor. 

     

    To confirm the EA account that gets linked to Twitch is the account whose login credentials are provided when linking them. If a different account than you expected to see shows as linked, this would indicate that either the incorrect login was provided or your Twitch account was logged into and linked with an EA account elsewhere.

    If your Twitch Account has potentially been hacked you will want to reach out to Amazon support for further assistance. 

     

    If your EA account has potentially been accessed by someone else, I would recommend reaching out to our support for further account assistance. 

     

    Create a support ticket on our help site with this link.

     

    We are unable to assist with account-related issues on AHQ, If you believe someone else may have accessed your account you will want to reach out to our support to look into this further and assist with your account information.  

     

    If you have any actions on your account, You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team.

    Why is it so hard to get into contact with EA? My twitch account is fine. It's the account that EA has assigned to my account that is wrong. I don't know how it changed but it did. I've tired making tickets and cases and never get any help. I wait and wait and wait. Why can't I just speak to a person instead of looking at help documents that don't help?

    That's what I'm saying. My twitch login was changed without my permission on the EA account. This is 100% on EA. All I'm asking for is to be able to link my original twitch account back to my EA account. I have made multiple cases and nothing seems to get resolved.  At this point I've commit too much time to get a card that will be useless in a week. EA support team has been a big disappointment and a let down. You keep replying on here. Why can't you help escalate the situation? Based on other people questions I'm not the only with this problem.  Seem like EA has a bug when it comes to linking accounts. Please help out myself and others like me. Thanks!

    To confirm we are not able to create or escalate support cases for you here on the forums. 

    You will need to speak to our support, as I am unaware of potential issues where the linked Twitch account would automatically change. This would only be done if someone logged into the account.

    Are you not aware that you can't change the account link once you make it. So even of someone logged into my account they couldn't change the the twitch account connected. This has to be a bug or even worse that people have hacked into EA and no of our information is safe anymore.

    Same thing happened to me been looking for over 100 hours worth of drops but someone hacked my ea. Just had to make a new account.
