Have tried replaying the previous challenge and also tried going in to it directly.

They don't seem to care. I have done that too and also done a hard reset on the Xbox and cleared the cache and still nothing. they wont rush to fix it because they aren't loosing money from it so it is not high priority for greedy money hungry EA
