Unable to access MUT

Please can someone respond! It’s been 5 months!!! 5 months of 100+ cases. I just want to be able to play MUT

I’ve raised 3 topics and over 100+ tickets regarding a false ban which has been overturned by my MUT access isn’t available, I’ve followed all troubleshooting steps and still not working! I just want to play MUT, please help

It’s been 6 months now and you still haven’t reinstated my madden ultimate team acces. 200 tickets in ea help and 5 posts here. I just want my acces back!

Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension   

The ban was revoked in December, so it’s not a ban that’s causing it anymore. Ea help pushed me to you guys so I just want it sorting now!
