I know that I am commenting on an old post but this is the first of many LIES told by EA. Please stop telling your customers that we can speak to your support team for anymore info regarding a ban. THERE IS NO SUPPORT TEAM. THERE IS NOONE TO TALK TO. you might not of been lying intentionally as maybe you didn’t know that there is no way to contact anyone or even a bot that will answer our questions.
