    Hey everyone, 

    Thanks for reaching out to us about the missing Welcome Pack. 

    Since this post was originally regarding the issue that happened with the update tokens, I am going to lock this thread to hopefully help keep the waters from getting too muddy with reports of different issues. The issue with the upgrade tokens was fixed, but it sounds like there's an issue with the pack itself not coming through that still needs to be investigated. 

    If you're still not seeing the Welcome Pack on your account, please take a look at the following thread and share your info so we can take a look. 

    No welcome pack unstoppable

    EA doesn't have customer service. They just have ghost accounts that ignore us. 

    Clearly we aren't getting answers or help here.

    @chrispizarro You and a whole lot of other people. Bunch of posts here from people not getting it. A whole lot of people on social media platforms saying same thing. An absolutely no response from EA at all. People have tried EAhelp with no luck either. Definitely won’t get any help here, just a few volunteers that repost info from social media accounts.

    I am missing the Derrick Henry Unstoppable Welcome Pack and have not received it as of today. I have restarted my PS5 console multiple times. I have cleared the cache of my console, and also rebuild the database of my console. Nothing has fixed the issue yet. Update: Channing Crowder appeared in my binder.

    A few days ago I did the champion unstoppable set since it was necessary to conplete one of the sets to receive the ultimate upgrade for the 89 Derrick Henry. While I did receive the ultimate upgrade card, somehow I never received my DK. I’ve waited days to see if it would just pop up since I had trouble with this promotion during the solo challenges not receiving my reward. But so far nothing.

    For those that didn’t get the 82 Henry (myself included), we aren’t getting it. They don’t care and posting here will do nothing.  No one  here can do anything about it. Only response  anyone gets from someone remotely important around here is if it’s in regards to account bans who probably deserve it.
