What is going on in superstar mode

This is more of a bi*** session. I made a HB and am in the 3rd season. at the beginning of the 3rd season I put the difficulty up to all pro cause I was blowing everyone out. I am with the buffalo bills and have a record of 10-2 (lost to a 4-8 team by the way). my complaint is this..... Allen is supposed to be a pro bowl, MVP player and he's playing like a freaking rookie. the last 8 games I barley won with the exception of the 1 I lost (not counting this last loss). He is throwing so many interceptions and barley completing any passes. I can't run the ball all game for crying out loud. the D does sometimes stops me or if my D sucks I have to throw the ball to get down field but with a QB like Allen it's nearly impossible. That's how I lost the 2 games. My second gripe is that as a HB, I SHOULD NOT BE CALLING MY PLAYS. That is the coaches or the QBs job. I understand that some people like calling the plays but make it a setting where you can call them or let the coach especially in superstar mode. but the biggest thing that pees me off is my QB. is anyone else having this problem if your not the QB?
