Coach suggestions is me.
I'm going to go with number four, ground and pound. For example, right now I have Marshawn Lynch, Eric Dickerson and Bo Jackson as my three running backs. I constantly switch them out and use all three pretty equally. Plus, as an added bonus, I use Micheal Vick as my QB, so that's like having a fourth running back on offense.
