Why is mute online madden 24 have so many cheaters using lagg to win

Ive been playing madden for years and ive seen cheating online . And this years ultimate team is full of cheaters they lagg u out and it is impossoble to move the football .  How is it that madden has a anti cheat but its obviouse that u are being beaten by guys hew cant play football but use some kind of lagging devise to beat you .so much hae ea needs to clean it up i cant find a fair ball game and have several hundreds in the game.
