I can’t use my X factor and my first ability it shows they are locked and I’m a level 10 almost 11 so idk what they got going on but it needs fixed asap!!!!

Been playing this game since launch and they still won't fix it, they just keep updating the game but won't fix abilitys. either one or maybe two people get abilities in each game (talking about 3v3 ranked squads)
Yes this has been a core issue since the game launched. The ISSUE is that The superstar CORE abilities do not apply in 3v3 ranked showdown. They work for 1v1s but they do not work for 3v3 and that is an issue. I understand for that in the online showdown x factors aren't supposed to appear for balance reasons but why the hell are my core abilities disabled???
