I'm having same issue x factor worked season 1 but now season 2 it's showing in abilities but when play games it's gone.

This is still an issue. Do you need a post in the bug report section, is this not enough proof that there is a bug?

Thanks for all the information you've shared with us so far!If you're not seeing X-Factors in Superstar Showdown, that's actually working as intended. You aren't supposed to be able to use X-Factors in Showdown.
If you're not seeing them in The League, that might be an issue we need to look into. If you're unable to use them in The League please let us know, and we can take a look.

- Summarize your bug While playing in the League mode, my character, even though I have Xfactor abilities unlocked and equipped only shows up as a Superstar and no t X-factor superstar so I am unable to use the Xfactor ability.

- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably p-lay past the first season if I had to guess
- What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to use any X-factor ability, which almost nullifies a majority of the reason for the mode
