X Factor Abilities Are Not Showing Up In Game

I equip my skills on my character but then when i load into the game the skills are gone.
I have a similar issue too, I equip my X factor in the menu but it doesn’t show in game, I tried resetting my abilities and loading into the game and even that did not work, really annoying and frustrating

For what it's worth I think it's related to winning rookie of the year and other awards. It makes you lose the proper tag maybe? Idk. It's been going on since launch and makes superstar mode incredibly boring.
