Thanks for all the information you've shared with us so far!If you're not seeing X-Factors in Superstar Showdown, that's actually working as intended. You aren't supposed to be able to use X-Factors in Showdown.
If you're not seeing them in The League, that might be an issue we need to look into. If you're unable to use them in The League please let us know, and we can take a look.

What about superstar abilities in the showdown? Every time I play Qb I don’t have any of my badges/ abilities.
