Thanks for all the information you've shared with us so far!
If you're not seeing X-Factors in Superstar Showdown, that's actually working as intended. You aren't supposed to be able to use X-Factors in Showdown.
If you're not seeing them in The League, that might be an issue we need to look into. If you're unable to use them in The League please let us know, and we can take a look.

- @EA_Shepard You can't even SIMULATE the second season to get your X-factors back. I have not played with my superstar over a week because of this. Please get with whoever you need to, to get X FACTORS working all the time.
it doesn't, i'm on my 3rd season and my x factor is still gone.

What worked for me was:
Once you've lost your X factor and finished off the season, in the next season, you have to get to the Superbowl in order for you to get your X factor back. I don't know if this matters (prob doesn't) but I did this on my 3rd season and I was able to get my X factor back on my QB and WR characters.
Hope this works for everyone else, sucks EA paid little attention to a issue as big as this one, but just happy there's a way to get back the X Factor.

@iKingEsIs there a solution for showdown mode it's really annoying especially cause I'm a corner and I need my abilities so I can get acro animations
