You have people playing madden and not unlocked for deluxe preorders

You guys need to get it together if you have people who are receiving copies of madden to stop stop lagging and dragging feet unlock the trial version for everyone and full game for deluxe members that pre-order how are you this big of a corporation and completely fumbled the bag on one of your most popular and one of your most criticized games do yall even read your customers ideas or anything this is really embarrassing to have people in the community who purchased their copies months ago and we are having to take a back seat to terrible release planning
