Kickoff meter

Date/time issue occurred 10/4/23
What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug When I kickoff, the menu on how you want to kick the ball is on top of kick meter. So I don’t know how I’m going to kick it
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Update maybe
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t see the kick meter
What do you expect to see? A big fix because it costed me the game

    I am sorry but this issue is not fixed. I know this is the 2nd time I saw you post that the issue should be fixed with recent update. I keep downloading the updates, start a new franchise and the meter is still invisible. If I want to play a "Quick Game" then the meter is visible. When I start a Franchise game the meter is invisible again. This is after multiple updates and I delete and start a new Franchise after every update and the problem is still there. Not sure why this issue has been going on so long. I know it does not matter to a huge company such as EA but you guys have just lost a loyal customer. The money I spent just to have a game that does not work as advertised and the company unwilling or unable to fix the issue. I will no longer waste money on these games.
