Assistance Required for Madden 24 Error 115
Dear Support Team, I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with Madden 24, which I purchased through Steam. Each time I attempt to launch the game, I encounter an error message, specifically Error 115, occurring approximately every 3-6 minutes. I have attached an image of the error message for reference. Despite following various troubleshooting methods, including watching instructional videos and adhering to the guidance provided in your forums, the problem persists. I am particularly encountering this issue within the Superstar game mode . I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter, as I am eager to enjoy Madden 24 without interruptions. I have also tried a factory reset on my computer, but the issue remains unresolved. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
this software cannot be used at the same time as the game
whenever i open ea games i cannot enter. i am using a virtual controller but i need to else i cannot play games on controller. is there a fix of some sort for this issue without closing my virtual controller, which i need to play games because i have a dualshock 4? thank you for any responses that can help. the attached file is an example of the error i get when opening games
Please fix pass deflections and tackling stat keeping!!!
When I clearly get a tackle with no help it will give me a "tackle assist". When I swat the ball out of the air I don't get any pass deflection stat at all. Never had these problems on the games from 15+ years ago! Why all the sudden is the game getting worse? The graphics and hit mechanics don't need to get better. The basic game needs to get better! I JUST WANT MY GAME STATS TO COUNT!!!! IT'S A SPORTS GAME FOR CHRIST SAKE!!!

I just played Madden. I was winning by three points. I get an interception and I score, but when I’m in the end zone, he tackles me and it’s a fumble. Then one of their players catches the most unbelievable balls that II just played Madden. I was winning by three points. Then one of their players catches the most unbelievable balls that I can’t even catch on rookie mode, this is the most cheating game ever and I will never play ever again And I will be telling my friends to never play this game because it is stupid.
Madden 25/PS4 Wins are not Registering on H2H!
Send me a camera to my address so I can record these games on H2H! I just finished playing a difficult opponent and won by 1 point. It asked to finish the game in which I pressed it. As it returned, it took me to the records for wins and losses, and I received no stats or a win. This is so terrible for a game that is bought by thousands to not get fixed. I want a refund this game has really worked my nerves. Do you people realize we sit for four quarters and then to not recieve any stats or rewards!? That's really wasting my time and I think I might speak to a lawyer. 😏🤑
No voice Chat option
I have seen it asked numerous times, but I still don't know an answer. Voice chat/headset works fine on other games, but there is no option for voice chat in volume settings or accessibility on Madden 25 for Xbox. No parental controls on, etc. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you.Superstar is rigged
My superstar is 99. Yet my player seems to always freeze up on multiple plays randomly then gets torched over and over. I also run into problems when I know my DB can make the pick and then he just stops randomly. It’s really pissing me off. There are also plays that I have the give the wr 5-10 yards of space in order to even have the QB throw his way and then I’m usually to far off now. I honestly wish a different company was able to make madden. EA knows no other company can make madden so they just release this **bleep** game every year. It’s so frustrating knowing my guy can make these picks but the game mechanics somehow freeze my guy from performing that action. I hope I’m not the only one to come across this crap.

A good place to start with Xbox troubleshooting is power cycling your console. This can help with many of the most common issues we see. This process doesn't erase any of your games or data. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Important: Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox. Having an issue on a PlayStation console? Power cycling is usually the best place to start with PlayStation troubleshooting.
