HTTP 404 issue
This is an unprecedented problem I haven’t seen in the 3 years I’ve been playing Madden. I’ve contacted support several times and have spent close to several hours power cycling console , clearing cache , reinstalling game , clearing alternate MAC address . EA please fix asap ! I’ve attached what appears on my screen whenever I restart the game or try to login .Online tournaments
So I signed up for a tournament made it to the final round and the I joined and waited for the kid to join and finally he joins and then we got into the match and then he left so I was like let’s goooooo I just won but no it didn’t count so me and him join the queue again and we get in and then he leaves again so this happened about five times and since he left he glitched the game so it counted as a win for him and all he did was leave 5 times
MADDEN 25 EA LOGIN GLITCH
So every-time I try to login into my ea account on either Madden 25 or College Football 25 on the Xbox series X I have the exact same issue and can’t get any solution from technical support. When I get to the code verification screen I enter the code sent to any of my forms of verification wether it’s my email, secondary email, phone, or my verification app it will not register my code as entered and will freeze on that screen and will not let you proceed or back out, your just stuck on that screen. I have tried unplugging my Xbox, deleted both Madden 25 and College football 25 and redownloaded them, tried it on cloud gaming, unplugging my router and reset it, spent many hrs with numerous tech support troubleshooting attempts and all with the exact same result when I try to log into my ea account on Xbox series X. I have no other issues with my account from what ea tech support told me when they looked my account over and said I was good to go. Any other game I can play on Xbox series X just fine but my EA games freeze everytime I go to the login verification screen. There has to be a wizard amongst who can answer the call and come up with a solution to this problem so I can finally play an EA game I paid my hard earned money for….
Not getting TOTY Tokens when completing challenges
By my count you should have 30 total TOTY tokens if you completed all of the TOTW challenges (20), beat all of the TOTY challenges (3) as well as complete the rewards ladder (7)... (I'm not counting the tokens earned if you trade in an entire 97 set) I redeemed the 97 overall that required 20 tokens and haven't used any others but only have 7 tokens despite completing all of the rewards ladder and the TOTY challenges. Anyone else not getting their rewards?
Training Camp Pocket Protector
Since one of the last updates, the training camp minigame "Pocket Protector" fails before you can start, because the QB steps out of his Pocket. Result are 0 Points, no XP, nothing gained. Anyone else had this problem? Very frustrating, just because the QB is supposed to be a passive figure and not move! How hard can this be?
Kickoff glitching.
I would really like to see players who are kicking the ball not be able to manipulate the meter, to the point where the return men can’t figure out how to field the kick. And even worse the returner will often not be able to pick the ball off the ground giving the the kick team the chance to recover a NORMAL Kick off. Just need the returners to start heading to the ball landing location right away !
Superstar not calculating points correctly
When I play my characters in superstar mode, the amount of exp I earned doesn’t register properly. For example, you need 1800 points for level 4. I earned 1816 points my first game, therefore I should be at level 4 but it shows I’m at level 2 and still need an additional 804 points for level 4. Is this a known issue or bug? This needs to be fixed ASAP!
Ranked Rewards missing
has anyone received their ranked rewards yet? I keep running into other individuals who have received their corner or Quarterback card and don’t understand why I have yet to receive mine. Last I checked they predicted to have them out yesterday but I still have heard no updates.
EA AntiCheat Service Encountered an Error. Please restart the game. (111)
I've been played Madden 24 on a new Win11 machine for about two months with no problem. Today, in the middle of the game, I get a popup that says "EA AntiCheat Service Encountered an Error. Please restart the game. (111)" I restart the game and get the error again, immediately. I restart the EA client and try again. This time I get 5 minutes into the game and then get the error again. For the record, I have no cheating software installed. So what now?
