93 Bnd zero chill pack didn’t contain ghost of mut players when it said it did

Summarize your bug I purchased a 93 zero chill bnd pack with snow on 12-18-24 that said it also contained ghost of mut players but didn’t have any ghost players in it. I have seen multiple YouTubers receive a make right for this but I haven’t received nothing and I would like an explanation plz!!!
