All madden challenge missing rewards

I hope EA doesn’t decide to do nothing because they did with the season of boom challenges and a lot of players were not able to get the rewards from those challenges. I’ve seen how fast this team can fix pack glitches but can’t do it when they really mess up ? I feel so bad for the people like myself who rely on this company to do things right when clearly they never can . And it’s worse than any previous years. The EA team suck . Use to people able to get into contact with an actual person but now they put so many limitations that if you wanna talk to a real person you need to lie about what you actually need help with. This company is pathetic and I’m sitting here writing this as I take *. Like the company that that you guys are . Do the players right . They make you rich and you’ll do I steal from us
