All madden challenge missing rewards

Summarize your bug I did the “All-Madden” solo challenges when they came out the 19th, and received no rewards. The challenges were taken out of the game, and re entered the game Thursday. It says I already completed them all, but still have not received any rewards. I’ve checked my item binder, and waited over 24 hours and it hasn’t been fixed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurred from a bug in the game on Tuesday, I don’t think it’s still active, but the results impacted me and my account because my solo challenges for “All-Madden” provided no rewards.
