All Madden Challenges was released early on your end causing negative impacts to alot of your Ulitmate team players due to taking away 3 tokens. This has caused issues with my John Madden being stuck at 88 overall and can't hit the 91 like promised. I included some screen shots on my game being stuck and more stars then you could earn. Are they any way to get the three tokens provided to me or to reset the challenge so I can redo it to get the missing tokens ? Thank you Josh
This happened with Season of Boom and I don't think people ever got what they were missing. Don't want to be negative but opening a ticket with EA help is probably the only way to get made whole.
I have the same problem. This is absolutely ridiculous. The "support" chat linked me to worthless articles, blamed my PC, my router, etc. and then disconnected and marked my case as "solved."
How does this company survive?
