This happened with Season of Boom and I don't think people ever got what they were missing. Don't want to be negative but opening a ticket with EA help is probably the only way to get made whole.
I have the same problem. This is absolutely ridiculous. The "support" chat linked me to worthless articles, blamed my PC, my router, etc. and then disconnected and marked my case as "solved."
How does this company survive?
