Yes, i removed all chemistry and upgrades to every card in my binder.
I changed my active lineup Saturday morning (1/11/25) to a roster i had named "4020". This previous lineup was made before zero chill. I have not been able to access it since. I always get, "Our servers cannot process this request at this time. Please try again later."
I have tried removing all upgrades and chemistries and "promote to starter" all non team captains. I still have the same issue. I have a lot of expensive cards as I spent just about $2k buying packs over the course of the game life. I do not have a davonte Adam's card either. I'm am completely locked out of all game modes, but I can enter ultimate team. I have access to my binder the store and auction house, just not my lineup screen to set a legal lineup to play any modes.

Try going to My Items. Then, filter the "Program" as "Team Captains". Have you tried editing your lineup here? You can also promote to starter this way. Please try this and let me know if it helps or not.
Yes I only have elam the team captain kicker in my lineup. I cannot move him out of the kick off specialist as that is not an option from anywhere other then the lineup screen. I cannot access the lineup screen. I can't demote him or replace him. Going on 2 weeks now.
