- DANGERGOOSE19 months agoSeasoned Veteran@EA_Barry Ok that answers my first problem. What should I do about not being able to use online features currently though? Today I am still getting the same "Sorry, but you do not meet minimum requirements to access EA's online features. Please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information" message when I load up the game and I am connected to the internet.

what is your upload speed? the latest definition of "broadband" what i found for the usa is from 2015: 25 Mbit/s download / 3 Mbit/s upload. i dont know if this is still correct.

Upload is anywhere from 3-4.5. I don't think games generally use that though. Plus I've been able to play Madden 25 before on these exact same speeds a month ago. When I'm in game for FPS games my ping is 40-80 range and don't have lag. I don't even play online h2h in Madden I just want to be able to download draft classes, playbooks, and rosters. It is also literally the only EA game I own that won't let me use online features. Aside from the ones I mentioned earlier in the thread, I'm also able to play Battlefield 2042 and EA Sports PGA Tour.
