Can't launch Madden 25 from EA App "Failed to launch %gameName%"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just tried launching from EA App. Others on the r/Madden subreddit are reporting the same problem on PC
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error message "Failed to launch %gameName% There was an issue launching the game. Close window and try again."
What do you expect to see? I'm expecting Madden 25 to launch into the splash screen and start Madden 25

Just trying to start the game from the launcher and I get this issue.

I was having this same issue with the errors on launch and none of the above steps worked for me until I followed the advice to delete EA App files and reinstalled the app/game.
Here's what I did to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall Madden 24 + Madden 25 and the EA App.
2. Delete any EA/Origin folders in Appdata/local and in ProgramFiles + ProgramData.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Reinstall the EA App and Madden 25.
Game launched on my first try. Hope it works for others as well.

Can we give the following a try and check if this error continues?

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.

Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

Thanks for replying. I didn't have any luck after trying those things.
Others are reporting the same issue on the r/Madden subreddit here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Madden/comments/1eqo1s5/not_a_good_start/
I told them to come to this thread to bump.
I do see some people on my friends list have it working however.

Thanks for asking them to post over here! Would it be possible to get a DxDiag file?

Also do you know if Performing a clean boot of your PC makes any difference?

If not, other players have reported trying a new local admin account or clearing EA app files and reinstalling have also helped.

Few things I wanted to confirm based on your dxdiag.

Does the System File Checker tool, find any issues when you run it?

Have you tried defaulting to your Dedicated 3050ti over your Intel graphics?

Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.

Can you make sure your PC's date/time is correct by synching them with the internet?

Also if you have not the steps I last shared above may also help us here.

what @hookedonchronics said worked, I did everything with the exception of removing Madden 25 (only because I have to throttle my download speed and it takes me 12+ hours to download the game) and it worked for me.

@ProfessorJobsI had to go into my exceptions list in trend micro security and allow Madden 25. The same thing happened to me in 24, I hope this helps a few guys out!

Hey, nothing seems to work. Ive done all the fixes i could fine nothing works. (also about Madden 25, same error)

tried clearing the cache
tried reinstalling the game
tried repairing the game
tried reinstalling the app
tried reinstalling the app and the game, rebooting before reinstalling ofcourse (and deleting all the files in appdata and in storages)
tried booting the game as administrator
tried letting the game through my fire wall (i checked and all ea apps are throw my fire wall)
i think thats about all ive tried, in case im forgetting something ive tried everything in this forum.
please help
