Coin Disappearing

I had around 880 000. I just logged in and coins were gone . I now have 199 440
Also I haven't gotten my Season 1 ticket or my 3 80 ultimate alumni players .... I was supposed to them.

For both missing coins and your missing items you will want to reach out to our support to further take a look and see what might have happened.
- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Madden NFL 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
