Drew Lock 95 OVR card error.

I recently bought the Drew Lock LTD card in Madden 25. The card plays well, but I’m having one issue. I am trying to unlock master tactician for him, the requirement says achieve 92 awareness, and due to boosts from other cards I managed to get him to exactly 92. However, I cannot unlock the ability for some reason. I tried to email, but I got the error message, stating that the email mailbox is no longer being monitored.
