I have installed EA Madden 25 on my pc and it freezes during game play

I am running a Windows 10 PC and have attached a new external HD. I have followed your steps to try and solve the problem but the game keeps freezing during franchise play. My EA id is Brbq1963. I bought the game through steam. i have cleared the steam download cache too.

    I also wanted to add that i have to do a hard restart of my pc. There is no Error code. And there are no Back ground apps running that I can find.

    Franchise is usually one of the better modes in not freezing. What happens when you lower the video requirements and slowly raise them? Also, confirm that you have the latest windows updates and video drivers.
