January 20th 2025 still no HELP!

Still no one has helped me with win not registering or receiving any rewards. I invest so much time into this game for no one to assist me with this matter. They don't seem to care about customers. Why do I have to be punished? I play four quarters of my valuable time and to receive nothing not even a coin. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm beyond frustrated with this whole organization.
