Lag while playing online

    Disconnects and lag are to be expected over a wireless connection. Especially when the router is 2 rooms away. Check the wireless connection you have and make sure it's using a 5g connection instead of 2.4g. That may help some. Also, you can try putting your console on its own wireless channel through the router settings. A good solution would be to get a powerline adaptor. You can do a web search for more information on those. I use a couple of them in my home without any issues.

    Every game is different. Our sports games need a stable connection to help minimize lag and disconnects. Wireless connections are susceptible to interference and don't work well for gaming when walls and floors are in the way.

I have had the same issue since madden 24. I am Wired in, I upgraded my internet. My detailed statistics show phenomenal numbers. 

I have been playing online since Madden 16, same house, same internet, I never had a lag issue til Madden 24, and I tried all the tricks that you listed. I was hoping Madden 25 would be ok, but it’s not! It’s absolutely unacceptable. Please help. I have clips to show as well, including a play clock that moved 1 sec over a 10 second period…..

      I have literally tried, everything, as stated in my detailed comment… and all I get is “try our troubleshooting tips”.

      like seriously could I get some legit feedback and communication.
