@jipt0826 Jipt , have you tried to clear your profile from the cloud and go to settings in the game and change the graphic priority to one of the the 3 settings , that worked for me 2 of them crash instantly one works. I think the one i have which worked is the visual setting.
nope don't think I have. u got a walk thru for this. I'm sure w is not hard but I'd rather not screw it up more. I would really appreciate it. would love to play some football while it's still regular season or close. help me out on this 8 need football I live in Texas please

- @jipt0826 I'm at work right now bro and will be on after work tomorrow you can add me wgdesigns and I can walk you through but the main steps are
⚽Bring up the options in your home screen clicking on the options button on the game you should see like the files , on each game you have a profile delete the profile and pick delete everywhere so it removes the Madden 2025 profile from the cloud and delete the reserved game cache reboot the X-BOX
(STEP 2) Load Madden up you should be prompted for your settings and the agreement again , go to the settings its the tab to the farthest right for graphics change that setting to the "visual" setting you would think the performance would be the best setting but visual worked for me.I am having same issue. My madden 25 series x works just fine. But the Xbox one version just crashes on the loading screen.

I am having the same issue with Madden 25 on PS5. Can't even get through a quarter without it freezing up. Terrible.
