Madden 25 - HOW TO IMPORT CUSTOM ROSTERS - Download center broken!

I was trying to use a custom roster on franchise mode when I noticed: You can download custom rosters from the download center, but you cannot see them in the LOAD menu. I have attached photos below...

    iTS nOVEMBER ITS STILL NOT FIXED AND REALLY HAS GOTTEN WORSE

      I had this problem in late December. I feel like when Madden fixes a bug, a new one just comes out.
