Madden 25 crashes when backing out of franchies mood

I have had this issue for a while now and it's really inconvenient. 

Everytime I play franchise mood and I exit out a game that I'm playing to go back to the franchise mood menu. It freezes up at the loading screen but I still hear the music playing. I don't think I payed $60 dollars to listen to the sound track 😅

I made sure to delete it and re-download it but I'm still experiencing the same issue. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
