Madden 25 crashing

Platform:Steam-PC
Please specify your platform model. Steam - PC
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? 6800xt
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16gb
Date/time issue occurred 11/29/24
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Competitive Pass
Summarize your bug Game keeps crashing tried everything on YouTube this is not an issue with anyone’s computer it’s the game!!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? Can’t launch game
What do you expect to see? The game loads for a few seconds then crashes

    hey man, Looks like its back working again. If it doesnt work, download the madden companion app on your phone, log in and launch ultimate team on ur phone. Then go into the madden app on your PC and it should work!!!!

    1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
    2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
    3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
    4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
    5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

    Hello, Many of us on PC cannot launch the game. For my part, I played it three hours yesterday and it hasn't started since. I am an EA APP play PRO user on PC, I have an RX 6800 and I am up to date, all my games launch properly (F1, EA FC, Star Wars, Dragon Age and WRC...). I did nothing between stopping a game and my attempt to restart which lasted 1 or 2 minutes. Cheers,

    Did every step you gave me twice nothing is wrong with my pc everything is up to date game is still crashing this is ridiculous!

    Def something going on EAs side. Prolly a cloud save issue that they haven't fixed. You are able to refund the game right now, but you will loose ultimate team progress.

    This is NOT a PC issue, this is a MADDEN/EA SPORTS PROGRAMMING ISSUE.

    I'm on PS5 and have the same issue and others on XBOX have the same issue.

    FIX THE GAME EA!  @EA_Barry  this is ridiculous to have this problem so far into the game! 

    How are you going to compensate those of us having this problem?

    I did all the above-listed steps and still will not load. This is embarrassing fix your game.
