When trying to launch Madden 25 Ultimate Team from the game home screen, the mode attempts to load and then stops and shows the following error: "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. I tried to restart the Madden app, restart the console using the "Restart console" option from the menu, hard reset disconnecting the power cord and nothing worked. Contacted customer support chat and they told me to try to turn off the authentication option on my EA account and tried to reset MAC address, neither worked. Told me the team needed to look into it and that I should monitor social media for updates. Completely unacceptable.

@mjy1212 I have the same problem, I can't even enter MUT without being booted to the home screen EA Sports are a bunch of jokers who want all our money for packs and promos yet can't keep the servers functional for weeks at a time.

Exactly what I was just thinking...somehow don't have any issues/error messages when it comes to processing credit card payments...

And completely useless customer service. Spent 20 mins on chat and when I asked for next steps or what to expect for a resolution he told me that they can't contact me directly and basically to check Twitter. Unbelievable.

Error… Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. All i want to do is play the challenges but line-up needs corrected and this what it says everyday, I've tried all the solitions that people tried and worked not w orking for me

I have and when I click lineup I get kicked out to the main menu. I have no access to generate best ovr lineup.

I can even enter MUT without this notification popping up for the past hour, I check EA Servers on help.ea,com and Madden 25 is servers are running yet I cannot even access MUT without getting sent back to the home screen and seeing "our servers cannot process your request" BS, I check X and there is no post about server maintenance happening now so what's going on?
I spend money on this game, buy packs and invest my time into the game just so every couple weeks the servers crash spontaneously please fix this immediately because I'm about to drop this game and play something else because you guys are money hungry and won't even put effort into this game anymore.

Each time I attempt to enter mut I am greeted by "our servers cannot process your request". This has only started today. I can enter the companion app but if I click the binder it says the same thing. I can use other online modes fine.
I can enter ultimate team normally on other accounts on the same console without problem.
