Mystery pack glitch/bug and missing packs when opened mystery packs

Summarize your bug Everytime i have opened the mystery pack with training some of the packs are not displaying and goes back to the ultimate team store on madden 25. I then try to click on my unopened packs and it's not showing the packs that I have opened with training with mystery packs.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By opening the mystery packs on madden 25 nfl ultimate team with training and it doesn't show all packs I have received from this. I have opened 30 mystery packs with training and 10 packs are not displaying in my unopened packs when they should be.
What happens when the bug occurs? My pack doesn't display after opening the mystery pack with training and I go to the unopened packs section and it doesn't display my packs that I opened with training from mystery packs
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the pack I got from the mystery pack and that it should be displayed in my unopened packs
