Opponents Disconnecting To Avoid A loss

@Pac_Mannn223 With the opponents disconnecting, that has been brought up but s hard to do anything about. You cannot keep players in a match. It's been reported up, but what happens with these is rarely changed because there is little action you can take. For these, we ask that if it happens, you have to report those players through your platform.

If the game is crashing, freezing, etc due to normal technical issues, we can assist, however, we cannot modify win/loss or rewards for games that players were being disconnected in.

Since this last post I’ve had this happen multiple times n let it go but this just happened to me again for the 3rd time in a week. n I have the proof I was wining. I’m also only been playing madden on X|S series thus past month unlike before during tge original post. IF THIS IS A EA SERVER PROBLEM y’all need to get this resolved asap cause I’m receiving to many underserved Losses on my record. and why doesn’t this ever happen when I’m LOSING🤔??? I find that very coincidental  

crazy that they replied an said it's nothing they can do not even fix the record I even have screen recorded video proof of me winning damn near every time it happened. It’s understandable if it’s a EA server problems but if that’s the case why tf it never happens to me in my favor when I’m losing lol

do you know how you emailed them? I just had an 8 win in a row season and was in my Super Bowl winning and had like 40 seconds and just got desynced, I really don’t know what to do

Also have proof but won’t allow me to upload, they changed there settings but every time I go up 2 touchdowns it’s either desync or error message resulting in loss’s

This game always has some bs ways to elude loosing but causes me to miss the playoffs in a easy win, typical madden
