what @hookedonchronics said worked, I did everything with the exception of removing Madden 25 (only because I have to throttle my download speed and it takes me 12+ hours to download the game) and it worked for me.

Hey, nothing seems to work. Ive done all the fixes i could fine nothing works. (also about Madden 25, same error)

tried clearing the cache
tried reinstalling the game
tried repairing the game
tried reinstalling the app
tried reinstalling the app and the game, rebooting before reinstalling ofcourse (and deleting all the files in appdata and in storages)

tried booting the game as administrator

tried letting the game through my fire wall (i checked and all ea apps are throw my fire wall)

i think thats about all ive tried, in case im forgetting something ive tried everything in this forum.

please help

tried doing a clean restart

tried shutting down all vpns/interfering applications/virus protections (restarted after that ofc)

tried waiting (ive been trying to fix this for 4 and a half hours now)

i honestly have no clue anymore

You’re so lucky…. I did this and got an error code saying “This game has already been used by too many computers, unable to open for the next 24 hours” obviously along those lines not exact words and now I’m locked out for what the error says “the next 24 hours” it’s absolutely insane to even be going through these proble when we pay this much every year. I have no slouch of a pc either. Very disappointing, but I’m happy some people are getting it solved. Happy maddening!

Did you find a fix for this? I was playing this morning then I had to get off. Was maybe an hour and now it won’t launch, but apex legends does just fine

I have been having the same issue and tried what Illium said but have no luck. Does anybody know why this is happening? I'm now missing the entire blitz promo because the game won't launch.

Ive updated windows, graphics card drivers, repaired and reinstalled madden and the EA app. Messed around with overlay settings (because of BF2). can someone please help me.

So I've now tried letting access through firewalls and running each app as an administrator. I get a screen asking to sign into ORIGIN which we don't even have access to anymore. I have the game through EA Play, and not steam. I genuinely do not understand how you are allowed to release games that do not work. Call me crazy, but I don't think I've had to go into firewall settings for any other game company just to be able to launch the game. EA has access to some of the best titles and partnerships but cannot put out a working product. I literally am trying to get on for blitz promos to spend MORE money.
