Mine also keeps crashing. Haven’t been able to get through a superstar game in a week.

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Madden 25. I wanted to check with this thread who might still be running into issues with crashing when attempting to play franchise mode on PC?
If you are still crashing in Franchise mode, try the following steps if you have not already.
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
- If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
- Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.
If this continues let us know the following:
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

I still keep getting crashes every single time.

- It's attached to this replyFor me, the error occurred near half-time when a boosting PASS play was made. If I go through the late second quarter running the ball no error occurs. This has happened since the last update for PC.
Bad Experience.
None of this stuff is working and all I wanna do is play the game in superstar, OT 35-35 against the 11-2 49ers and game crashes on a 3rd and 15 conversion to the rookie tight end, if you ask me it has something to do with the rookie celebrations, everytime they celebrate the game crashes on my xbox, Dk got 3000 yard season cause he is the one of the only guys it don’t crash on but you know how much harder the game is when you lose every added new player every play, this lack of actual help is egregious and making me regret buying an ea game, the college football game looked cool but I am done.
Mine is also not working on PS5, can you please stop copy and pasting your "recommendations"? They aren't working. Is there a way to talk to someone who can actually help? If not, can I talk to someone about getting a refund? The game is literally unplayable at this point, I've had 16 crashes over the last day!
- @EA_Illium I've done all that and still freeze up in Franchise mode. The screen just freezes and I have to do a hard Restart. That's not good for my PC. I'm running Windows 10. And AMD software. The game also makes my fans spoil up.
