Solo battles not getting rewards once again

They don't care! I've been trying since last year! 

I've posted the games and winning and nothing is happening. It's such a fluke and I'm frustrated with EA and the Madden 25 developers.

@EA_Kent Happened again this week. Attached screenshot from last night showing my status as legend tier, followed by screenshot today claiming I am unranked with no rewards. This is absolutely unacceptable for this to happen two weeks in a row with no assurance that EA is working on getting our rewards to us. And I just started playing solo battles the last two weeks. From the other posts I've read others have had this issue for longers.

Need to know something on this. I have limited time to game. If I'm not going to get last weeks rewards that I earned and possibly won't get future rewards I need to know so that I don't waste my time playing solo battles for nothing.

Summarize your bug I played solo battles last week and accumulated over 250000 score. I just logged in to collect my rewards today and it told me I have none.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it's an Ultimate Team bug and not everyone is getting their rewards from what I've read.
What happens when the bug occurs? I click on Solo Battles and it says unranked despite me getting over 250000 score last week. It gave me no rewards at all
What do you expect to see? I expect it to show the actual tier that I earned (in this case, Legend) and give me the packs for all the tiers that I earned.

Screenshot attached is the screen I got when I logged in today. I didn't take a screenshot of last week's score because I was expecting to just get my rewards as this has been a pretty straightforward thing in past Madden games.

Solo battles points not working I’m not getting points for playing the game. It started at the end of the four season so I wasn’t able to finish all the levels and I’m still not getting it at the start of the fifth season the game’s been out for more than 25 years.
