Unable to join game session. Players not on latest game version.

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug Game says one or both players dont have updated game or roster when both players game are actually updated
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Online PAF
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message
What do you expect to see? Error message

    @basebasll123 Its broke but incoming EA_Illium to ask you questions, then never to follow up. Game's broke. Just acknowledge it and give us a timeline.

    superstar showdown in madden 25 prompts that we all dont have the same update. but we do. please fix it im not in the creators fund yet. darnit. trying to accept invites and cant. cmon ea this supposed to be yall year!!!

    Anyone have the same issue with showdown? “Cannot join due to individuals game being unable to update”? It will allow me to play solo showdown but not with my buddies.

    I play on the Xbox series x and every time I play a friend an error that says we are not on the same game version pops up.

    My game tag is ISpam X VO I can’t play with my brother we bought the game and now we can’t play together I thought my game was just tripping but multiple people around are have the same issue please fix asap
