Young Safeties Regression Bug in Franchise Mode

In franchise mode, young safeties that are typically not old enough to see any regression are losing attributes after as early as their rookie season. We have the development regression slider turned off. This appears to be a bug that is only impacting the FS/SS positions. 

As a result, almost every safety is seeing some form of regression at the end of the season once we advance past the Super Bowl week - when all player regression for the season is typically recorded.

I tested lowering the regression slider for the FS/SS positions in a test franchise and that did not seem to impact the regression at all.
