Cannot load Superstar KO (quick play)

Just bought Madden 25 through EA app on PC. For some reason I am able to launch every single game mode EXCEPT the one that I most want to play with my friends (Superstar KO).

Every time I click on Superstar KO it loads for a second and immediately returns me to the main menu. No other game mode is doing this.

I have already tried:

-Launching other game modes first

-Changing resolution/video settings

-Repairing the game on the EA app

Please is anyone aware of this issue or able to give me a solution? I just spent a lot of money to play this game and I want to actually be able to play it.
