Connected Franchise from PC to Xbox

Hi there, my buddy is in our connected franchise mode and will not have access to his PC for about 4 months. His brother has an Xbox and is also in our league. I know you are not able to transfer data from PC accounts to Xbox accounts, but will he be able to join the league on his Xbox? And will he be able to keep his coach or will he have to make a new coach and lose all of his staff points?
