Error Downloading - Try Again Later

This issue is STILL Plaguing my ability to create/download teams. 

I can now upload almost all of my team builds, but REPEATEDLY get this error when trying to download them. I've never been able to download a team I built once I get this error (even if I try to make a small edit, re-upload, etc). 

What. Is. Wrong? Why does this issue persist? 

I can't be the only person having this problem, right?

    I cannot download teams I've made. I get the same error message. 

    I'm able to upload them to the servers JUST FINE, but cannot download them. 

    There's no offensive logos/names/etc., only using 2 custom images, barely moving the custom images when they are used, like we're talking trying to use the bare-bones of this feature to make teams, and it STILL WILL NOT WORK. 

    Please, anyone, how do I fix this? Team builder is broken if I can't download the teams I make!

    I have repeatedly had this same issue + error when trying to download teams I've made via Teambuilder.

    I've managed to build 30 teams that somehow let me download, but now even trying to make small changes to those existing teams (swapping brand colors or a small change to the placement of an existing logo/image), i am unable to redownload them (or download new teams I make). 

    I get this same generic error every. single. time. 

    "Error Downloading - Try Again Later"

    It haunts my dreams. Someone from EA, please, please help resolve this. 

    For me, Team Builder is functionally broken if I cannot download teams (or make updates to my downloaded teams). 

    Does this mean I can never update the initial teams I made? Someone. Please. Help.
