Face of franchise mode bug

Basically I got a HB career that has lost all his stats he says he's playing QB with the option to upgrade QB stats. He was 90 OVR and is now 77 rated. This is not the first time this has happened to me as my MLB career had same issue I'm unsure how to fix it if anyone has any knowledge or can contact the worst company in the world being EA please let me know as I am not happy.
