Franchise mode draft clock setting doesn't actually stop the clock

We had the same issue today. The only "fix" was to back out of the draft and franchise, then select your franchise league and then make your pick. Kind of a hokey way to do things. And they still have not brought back the ability to view the list of all players we've drafted. Or I completely missed it.
