How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having a rookie with progression towards a hidden development trait practice and then check their snap progression both before and after the practice in franchise mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The count on snap progression resets to zero.
What do you expect to see? The snap count stay consistent with what was set before the practice, and and not having it reset.
