Franchise storyline bug

There are bugs with the storyline events. Multiple times for either dev trait increases or season goals for players, mine and other users players, will complete storyline goals (I got 27 rushing TD's when 16 was the goal) and the game will act as if the player failed the goal.

Also, breakout players are super inconsistent especially for defensive players. I had 2 games with Asante Samuel Jr where he got 3 picks and 2 defensive TD's (15 on the season) and he never gone one single breakout scenario.
